BONCHEM has extensive experience and resources to ensure that all applications as offered, will be operated with minimum interference for our customers personnel and their daily care tasks. Bonchem believes that the interest for water treatment does not necessarily lie with our customers personnel. We will strive to relieve such personnel from this "burden". This will also free employees to concentrate on their task of production. We will however, supply training, information sessions and packages to all persons involved. Bonchem goes into partnership with its customers and follows an "open door" policy where communication is the most important aspect.

Bonchem has its own factory facility in Edenvale where all our products are manufactured, quality controlled, packed and stored. We have additional storage facilities with our own transport fleet to ensure timeous deliveries.
